We have Windows 7 on our computer here with all legal Microsoft office software. I then accept the free upgrade to Windows 10 and now a few weeks down the line I receive messages that our Office 2013 suite (that arrived with the free Windows 10) needs to be activated. What do I do? Do I hunt around for the old registration key that we got when we bought this computer and if I can't find that do I go back to Windows 7 and Office 2010?

To activate this install please sign in with the account associated with this product' The account used is our account for this location so I am stumped. How do I find which account, that may have been entered on this computer in the past, is associated with this free upgrade? Also when we bought the Office 2010 4 years ago would that product have been associated with a microsoft account?
