I spent DAYS trying to figure out how to properly scale a 16:9 and export a VOB as a lower resolution MPEG for a web page. I tried perhaps 10 different programs. I had tried and abandoned TMPGEnc, but I eventually went back to it and noticed that you could change the window resolution and PREVIEW the output in one sub page. Thankfully, in that particular window WYSIWYG.
